A custom MCP server that enables Claude to safely work with KwikEngage’s internal backend APIs and automate repetitive operations workflows.

I owned the system architecture and development of the MCP integration.
Claude communicates with a purpose-built MCP server, which invokes the company’s existing REST APIs within the private network.

Centralized image, video, and PDF handling with S3 uploads and Redis-cached signed URLs.
A centralized backend service for storing and retrieving product media, including images, videos, and PDF documents.
Products needed one consistent service for handling multiple media types without duplicating upload and retrieval logic.
I designed the architecture and developed the service.
Files are uploaded to Amazon S3, while generated signed URLs are cached in Redis to accelerate repeated access.
